THE WORK:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Data & Integration Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in ETL processes, system integration, RESTful API development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of data management and integration best practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across the organization.

ETL Development and Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.

  • Optimize ETL workflows to enhance performance and data accuracy.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure successful data processing.

System Integration:

  • Develop and implement system integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design integration solutions.

  • Maintain and enhance integration platforms and middleware to support business needs.

RESTful API Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.

  • Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and well-documented.

  • Implement API testing and monitoring to ensure reliability and performance.

CI/CD Implementation:

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Ensure integration and ETL solutions are continuously delivered with high quality.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment workflows and toolchains.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.

  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

  • Implement data validation and cleansing techniques to improve data reliability.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide support for data integration, ETL, API, and CI/CD issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Flexible work location: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in one of the Accenture offices in Katowice, Lodz, Wroclaw or Warsaw - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE"S WHAT'LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in ETL development, system integration, RESTful API development, and CI/CD implementation.

  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.

  • Experience with integration platforms and middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

  • Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and database management systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
