THE WORK:
Creating a unique visual language for each of our brands and speaking the same language to our audiences.
Creating and designing 2D and 2.5D content for advertising, presentations, social media, etc.
Responsible for concept-based design and creative production (you will create alongside our Senior Creatives).
Providing creative brand assets at the highest level, constantly raising the bar.
Demonstrating creativity, cultural relevance and excellent communication judgment.
Assist in creating presentation materials for proposals and existing client work.
Taking responsibility for the client's work and project implementation.
Close cooperation with Polish and international teams on interesting projects.
Learning, expanding knowledge and developing necessary skills.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written.
Excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud (PS, AI, ID, XD) + good AE and PR.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
A portfolio that highlights the excellence and flexibility of design work and meets various requirements.
Experience in the creative industry.
Ability to understand and digest strategy and key messages.
A strong sense of typography, layout and overall visual communication.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Skills in working with a team.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of After Effects, Premier Pro.
Drawing/sketching skills.
