THE WORK

As a Junior Collections Specialist in the Order To Cash Department you will handle B2B relations with the customers of our client. You will have a chance to develop your expertise in finance area. Your main tasks will be related to: 

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and helping keep them updated on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits

  • Billing customers

  • Assisting in forecasting overdue payments and learning about customer payment behavior

  • Generating and sending missing invoices and account statements, as well as assisting with documentation for write-offs when necessary

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.

  • Helping with credit-related requests for customers and supporting the resolution of payment issues

  • Working closely with internal teams to help solve customer problems and supporting colleagues when needed

  • Preparing simple reports on customer account statuses and taking on additional tasks as part of the team

  • Helping new team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their learning process

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Very good English and Italian Czech (minimum B2 level)

  • Interest in developing within the field of finance

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (due to the daily phone and email communication with customers)

  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) with the office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow

  • A degree in finance or a related field
