THE WORK
As a Junior Collections Specialist in the Order To Cash Department you will handle B2B relations with the customers of our client. You will have a chance to develop your expertise in finance area. Your main tasks will be related to:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and helping keep them updated on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits
Billing customers
Assisting in forecasting overdue payments and learning about customer payment behavior
Generating and sending missing invoices and account statements, as well as assisting with documentation for write-offs when necessary
Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
Helping with credit-related requests for customers and supporting the resolution of payment issues
Working closely with internal teams to help solve customer problems and supporting colleagues when needed
Preparing simple reports on customer account statuses and taking on additional tasks as part of the team
Helping new team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their learning process

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Very good English and Italian Czech (minimum B2 level)
Interest in developing within the field of finance
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (due to the daily phone and email communication with customers)
Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) with the office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow
A degree in finance or a related field
