Within Accenture’s Trust and Safety offerings we have many roles involved in analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, individuals may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is a meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of your role, there is the potential you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role in trust and safety needs strong resilience and coping skills. THE WORK:
- Reviewing legal documentation in various EMEA languages (Italian, French, Dutch etc) ) according to our client's guidelines and policies, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Review legal documents meticulously within set timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide constructive suggestions to enhance team processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated with policy and process changes by reviewing materials and participating in training sessions provided by Quality team members.
- Collaborate with departments such as Policy, Quality, and Operations to participate in improvement programs and activities as required.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and a robust legal background, including experience with legal translations

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1)
- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform duties objectively, be bias free in regard to personal beliefs, acting objectively according to client policies
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Legal background, including legal translations – nice to have
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus
- Willingness to work from the office in hybrid mode
