THE WORK:
- Provide strategic consulting focused on ensuring client success, continued growth, and adoption of the platform.
- Configure and optimize the client platform according to clients’ specific needs and requests, aligned with their business plan and marketing strategy.
- Identify new use cases to present to clients and detect upsell opportunities to expand accounts.
- Conduct client onboarding and training to educate them on using and adopting the platform, keeping them informed about new features and best practices, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
- Hold weekly calls with clients to review completed tasks, define future projects, and provide both operational and strategic support.
- Supporting the Account Leadership in planning the schedules (WFM), forecasting the volumes and the financials.
Flexible
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in SaaS companies (nice to have).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German (min. C1).
- Technical experience with advanced computing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for the social media technology space.
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and direct experience working with or for social media management software is preferred.
- Passion for solving customer challenges and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, and report on paid social media campaigns across various channels Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest.
