The Work:

The Center of Excellence (COE) Enablement Partners work closely with Sales Excellence Offering Team members and COE Partners to enable the smooth and efficient running of the Network of Excellence (NoE). They provide exceptional service with agility to their leadership and partners and help drive consistent delivery of the Sales Excellence Offerings. They collaborate with their partners to shape and transform the future of the Offerings roadmap.

You will :

  • Support the COE Enablement Partners and team members with all the tasks required to manage the NoE successfully and effectively.
  • Understand how the COE Reporting & Analysis team supports the delivery of Sales Excellence Offerings.
  • Regularly contribute to Sales Excellence Offerings continuous improvement and transformation initiatives through the NoE.
  • Gain a full understanding of project requirements and how to perform them accurately.
  • Help identify project requirements and provide input to the design of process and tool changes. Build and test application updates, helping to execute a project from start to finish.
  • Learn new technologies and become proficient in leadership and compliance reporting transformation through automation powered by Microsoft Development Technologies/ Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), VBA, Python, etc.
  • Adopt methods, tools and best practices and re-use proven work to improve productivity and quality.
  • Actively participate in communities of practice to build subject matter expertise.
  • Help build an inclusive culture where our people and talent are the core of our business.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent experience in software development.
  • Have 1-4 years of intermediate experience in Excel VBA and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Good Communication skills , both orally and in writing.
  • Highly skilled in learning and applying processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in the software development life cycle.
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have internal and client-facing experience, with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.


GOOD TO HAVE:  

  • Understanding of Sales Excellence internal processes, tools and services.
