JOB DESCRIPTION

Order to Cash Operations Analyst

  • Responsible for activities assigned by the Order to Cash Team Lead
  • Perform tasks related to A/R billings, adjustments, write offs, disputes/short-payments/credit,
  • Timely research of disputes/short-payments/credits escalated by collections analysts.
  • Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface)
  • Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
  • Participate in analysis and brainstorming sessions deriving actionable data from quality insights

Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst

  • Understand and perform Order to Cash/Collections Lead role.
  • Provides a day-to-day work to the group, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and provides supervision to and evaluation of direct reports
  • Responsible on overall end to end collection process meeting the monthly collection target
  • Ensure that overdue invoices are in acceptable level
  • Assist AR processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing.
  • Assist the OTC Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular AR processing team within Manila DC.
  • Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
  • Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
  • Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period 

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Order to Cash Operations Analyst

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business /Finance/Accounting-related courses
  • At least 2 years solid Finance/Accounting experience Credit & Collections

Order to Cash Senior Operations Senior Analyst

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
  • At least 3 years solid Finance/Accounting experience Credit & Collections with 1 year supervisory experience
