Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Managing portfolio of Security consulting engagements across clients
- Overseeing the development of Security solutions, architecture, design, asset documentation etc.
- Thorough understanding of architecture and solutions of Enterprise and Cloud security concepts

- Overseeing the development of Security solutions, architecture, design, asset documentation etc.
- Thorough understanding of architecture and solutions of Enterprise and Cloud security concepts
- Experience in assessment and implementation of security industry and regulatory compliance standards like ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, STAR,
- Experience in setting cloud services in complex environment like Security Operating Model, Threat Management etc.
- Building security strategy, security operating model for cloud-based solutions, deployments, or migration
- Leading Security RFP assignments and security solutions specific to client needs
- Gap Assessments, Remediation recommendations and drafting To-Be Security architecture for clients
- Helping solve key business problems and challenges by enabling a security architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
- Lead business development activities and assist the team to achieve sales targets
- Experience in participating in client presentations & orals for proposal defense etc.
- Implementing programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
- Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs
- Provide thought leadership to the downstream teams for developing offerings and assets
- Mentoring and developing our people
Qualifications
Senior Manager
- Minimum 12 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
- Professional certifications like TOGAF, SABSA, Cloud Architect Professionals certification
Manager
- Minimum 8 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
- Professional certifications like TOGAF, SABSA, Cloud Architect Professionals certification
Consultant
- Minimum 5 years of large-scale consulting experience and/or working with hi-tech companies.
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)
- Professional certifications like TOGAF, SABSA, Cloud Architect Professionals certification
Experience:
- The candidate should have practical industry expertise in one of these areas - Financial Services, Retail, consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources.
- Cloud Security Assessment: Cloud security maturity assessment, Planning and assessment of cloud security solutions/platforms, Cloud security operating model design, assessment of cloud security operating model
- Security Architecture: Experience in setting overall security
- architecture direction to ensure appropriate coverage of security capabilities and identify potential gaps for remediation
- Security Frameworks and Standards: Good working knowledge of security architecture and standards such NIST, ISO 27001 etc.
- Privacy and Risk Management: Experience in privacy risk management and working knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc
- Enterprise Identity Governance: Knowledge of full lifecycle of IAM services, privilege access management, multi factor authentication ,SOD, role based access etc.
