Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide assistance to clients on queries related to overall finance operations
  • Perform purchase order creation and changes
  • Provide support to supplier onboarding and account issues
  • Provide invoice support (eg vendors claiming nonpayment, proof of payment, status of payment, expedited payment requests)
  • Analyze miscellaneous checks, wire transfers, claims, reimbursements, and other payment questions
  • Performs preventive checks (contract validation)
  • Prepare root cause analysis and mitigation plan for process defects
  • Focus on continuous process improvements and value adding activities
  • Create or update procedure manuals and ensure details are updated and accurate
  • Perform customer account reconciliation

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have experience in contract management
  • Candidate is responsible to draft contracts
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, however analytics background/experience is not required
  • Knowledge of ERP (Oracle/SAP) is not required but preferred
  • The ideal candidate should have an experience or background in legal admin/management.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience
