The work:
PLTE/5G Private Network operation
Fault & Alarm Monitoring (PLTE/5G Private Network) based on NDAC
Incident Handling until problem resolved and validated
Incident / Request / Change Problem Management.
Incident / Fault / Problem / Change documentation
Vendor coordination for issue remediation
Remote hardware and software upgrade and maintenance work on PLTE/5G Private Network elements.
SIM management except physical inventory
Qualifications

PLTE/5G Private Network operation Subject Matter Expert experience
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
