Qualifications
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in Google Workspace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Google Workspace.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
