The work:
Oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main contact person. Your typical day will involve leading the team, coordinating project tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the team in application design and development.
- Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in application development.
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workplace Technology Solutions.
- Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
- Experience with HCL Domino / IBM Lotus Notes / HCL Notes.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#.
- Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in HCL Notes as developer and adminsitrator.
- This position is based at our Manila office with daily onsite requirement.
