Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, implementing best practices for service delivery, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies for system integrity and governance. - Ensure adherence to best practices in service delivery. - Support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. - Experience in deploying and supporting cloud-based solutions. - Knowledge of architectural and operational aspects of cloud platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Manila office. Required Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/AWS Certified SysOps - Associate Azure AZ-104 Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
