Qualifications
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems
- Implement best practices for system maintenance
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience in incident and problem management
- Knowledge of CMDB and asset management
- Ability to create and customize ServiceNow workflows
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow
- This position is based at our Manila office
