Job Description

Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your typical day will involve coordinating projects through contract management, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of commitment to enable the strategic agenda. Roles & Responsibilities: The Service Configuration Management Practice Owner is responsible for: - Defining, Reviewing and Approving the processes and procedures (such as Service Assets & Configuration Identification, Control of Service Assets CIs, Status accounting, Verification and audit). - Managing the implementation of the Service Assets Configuration Management Plan and systems, policies and processes. - Conducting organization-wide awareness campaigns about the Service Assets Configuration Management policies and processes - Defining access policies to the CMS - Producing and distributing Management reports - Driving CSI - Training staff on principles, processes and procedures Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management, Software Configuration Management (SCM) - Strong understanding of service management principles. - Experience in implementing service governance frameworks. - Knowledge of ITIL practices and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office. - A ITILv4 Foundation education is required. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
