Summary:
As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, delivering services, and supporting infrastructures and technology initiatives. Your typical day will involve managing systems, deploying applications, and collaborating with teams to maintain operational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Manage system integrity and governance
- Deploy applications and technology initiatives
- Maintain operational standards
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration
- Strong understanding of database management
- Experience in database performance tuning
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures
- Familiarity with database security best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Database Administration
- This position is based at our Manila office
