Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and oversee the successful delivery of programs, projects, or contracted services. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and technology outcomes. - Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in leading and managing complex programs or projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
