Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Pega Platform. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing solutions to enhance business processes and improve application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement Pega applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with team members to design and configure applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated on Pega Platform advancements and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. - Knowledge of Pega rules, processes, and case management. - Ability to analyze and optimize Pega application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
