Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and the Accenture Account team to understand pain points related to cloud cost optimization and assist them with potential cost optimization opportunities
- Work with large datasets in Google Big Query and perform data analysis to identify meaningful spend trends and insights on optimization opportunities
- Analyze cloud bills to identify cost optimization opportunities implemented and calculate corresponding savings.
- Conduct extensive research & data analysis to identify & develop new tactics for cloud cost optimization
- Drive adoption of recommendations by collaborating with client stakeholders and resolving their queries
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with the client counterparts
Qualifications:
- Must have skills:
- Knowledge of Cloud Cost Optimization, Cost & Usage Reports, and Pricing Models for at least one Cloud Provider
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills
- Good to have skills
- FinOps Certified Practitioner Certification (or actively working towards it)
- Experience with Power BI navigation and dashboard creation
- Basic SQL querying skills
