As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic support and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software problems, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within critical business systems.
- Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Document and maintain support processes and procedures.
- Continuously improve support services and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Korean Language, Android SDK.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Knowledge of mobile application development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Android Application Development.
- This position is based in Manila.
