Qualifications
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and solving problems related to Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Analyze system logs and identify root causes of issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability.
- Document support processes and procedures for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.
- Experience with data migration and integration using Salesforce tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based in Manila.
