Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. - Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. - Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables. - Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Program Project Management - Additional Must To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Experience in conducting project status meetings and reporting.
