Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and implement service management governance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and report on service performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks to service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management
- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing service governance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret service performance data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management Governance.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
