Qualifications
Position Overview:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Software Asset Management (SAM) services to Accenture CIO. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations and issues, act as a liaison between the Accenture CIO and the Delivery Team and ensure that the Accenture CIO 's data requirements are met. Your role will encompass advising Accenture CIO on license cost optimization actions, sharing reports, and monitoring data and tooling issues to ensure operational and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Delivery: Take ownership of the delivery of SAM services to Accenture CIO, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service levels and objectives.
2. Client Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact (PoC) for service-related escalations and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
3. Client Interface: Serve as the interface between the Accenture CIO and the Delivery Team, facilitating communication, understanding Accenture CIO needs, and ensuring Accenture CIO satisfaction.
4. Data Coordination: Work with Licensing Specialists to understand data requirements and coordinate the sourcing of necessary data from the Accenture CIO.
5. Client Follow-up: Follow up with the Accenture CIO on any pending requests for data, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
6. Vendor Communication: When necessary, liaise with software publishers to gather or provide data, fostering positive vendor relationships.
7. Report Sharing: Share various reports (compliance, reconciliation, spend analysis, optimization, etc.) with Accenture CIO stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
8. Advisory Role: Advise Accenture CIO on remediation and license cost optimization actions based on data analysis and industry best practices.
9. Follow-up on Advice: Ensure that Accenture CIO act on provided advice and facilitate necessary steps for license optimization.
10. Issue Management: Monitor and track data and tooling issues and manage escalations to vendors or relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Required Skills:
• Domain subject matter skills related to the project (e.g., hardware/CMDB, ELP, license desk, etc.).
• Program and project management skills, including scope management, communication, stakeholder management, change management, issue management, risk management, and project closure.
• Leadership skills encompassing problem-solving, delegation, decision-making, effective communication, time management, goal setting, and relationship building.
• Objective Key Results (OKR) management for operational and delivery excellence.
Recommended Skills:
• Analytical skills, including logical reasoning, data acumen, research, and critical thinking.
• Innovation skills such as questioning, observing, and experimentation.
• Experience in using ServiceNow SAM Pro
