What You'll Do
Lead Enterprise-Scale Digital Operations Transformations
Drive complex transformation programs across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations. You will help clients define their digital operations vision, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver solutions that improve productivity, agility, quality, resilience, and sustainability.

Smart factory transformations
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) modernization
Connected worker solutions
Intelligent automation and robotics
Predictive and prescriptive operations
Digital twin deployment
Operational AI at scale
Accelerate AI-Powered Manufacturing
Help clients harness the power of Generative AI and Agentic AI to transform industrial operations. From intelligent production planning and autonomous decision support to AI-enabled maintenance and quality management, you will identify opportunities where emerging technologies can create competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes.
Advise Senior Executives
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, operational executives, and plant leadership teams. You will help shape strategic priorities, define investment cases, and build transformation portfolios aligned with business objectives.
Whether the challenge is improving asset performance, increasing supply chain resilience, accelerating sustainability goals, or scaling innovation globally, you will help clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.
Build and Lead High-Performing Teams
Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, data specialists, architects, and client stakeholders. You will coach emerging leaders, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs.
You will also champion innovative ways of working and help develop the next generation of Accenture Industrial and Operations leaders.
Grow the Business
Contribute to practice growth through business development, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and help shape offerings focused on the future of manufacturing and operations.

What We're Looking For
Experience
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial operations, or management consulting
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs within industrial environments
Experience delivering digital manufacturing, operations excellence, or Industry 4.0 initiatives at scale
Strong client-facing consulting experience with executive stakeholders
Industry Expertise
Experience in one or more industries including:

Digital & Technology Capabilities
Strong understanding of:
Smart Manufacturing

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CSCP, or equivalent are valued
