We are looking for Dutch speaking HR professionals to join us at the Specialist level.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide coaching and guidance to employees, ensuring proficiency in self-service support and helping resolve career development, engagement, compensation, and performance issues
•    Support large-scale HR processes like performance achievement and new employee onboarding, while collaborating with Talent Strategists to align talent priorities and opportunities
•    Use data and storytelling to provide business insights on talent metrics, while supporting inclusion, diversity, employee experience, and learning initiatives
•    Facilitate the creation of skill-based communities, help identify talent for development programs, and collaborate with HR teams on strategies for automation and efficiencies
•    Address employee relations concerns, escalate serious issues, and collaborate with Global Mobility, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and manage escalations

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements

•    A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, related field or an equivalent professional experience
•    Experience working in HR: i.e. as an HR Partner, HR Assistant, HR Specialist 
•    For our more junior levels, we are open to early career professionals with HR or HR related experience 
•    For our more senior levels we would love: proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation, in-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
•    Fluent English and Dutch
