We are looking for SAP Security (Senior) Manager to help our clients Secure their SAP environment and grow our Market Wide EMEA Enterprise delivery centre capabilities.
What will you do:
- Bring technical leadership as we design and deploy secure architectures for on premises and cloud solutions.
- Lead engagement or workstream planning and verify that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives in regard to:
- Designing SAP security-related strategies, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Designing and implement new controls ensuring SAP systems security.
- Overseeing Security Assessments and provides Security Roadmap along with Remediation & Mitigation plan if needed.
- Develop and refine our service offerings.
- Lead sales and business development processes and nurture trustful relationships with our customers, prospects and partners.
- Infuse innovative ideas for automating repetitive processes and tasks.
- Work closely with peers and colleagues across Global Enterprise Platform Security Team to support the growth of SAP Security projects across the EMEA Market.
- as a Senior Manager, the person would also need to lead people but also might act as People Lead - leading people within our internal organization
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Relevant working experience designing and architecting SAP Security and GRC solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP standard processes and Implementation Methodology
- Strong experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions (including GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risks Management, and BTP Security solutions like IAG / IPS / IAS)
- Strong experience in SAP Access Control (ARA, BRM and ARM) or similar solutions
- Proficient with SAP Security role design and design documentation (public and private cloud)
- Experience of implementing Segregation of Duties, Defining and updating Rulesets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with customer, vendor and peers.
- Fluent in the English and at least one additional European language
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Cloud Security Principles, and implementation.
- Knowledge of other security solutions within Platform Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Privacy, Cloud Security, Cyber Security).
- Knowledge regarding an industry (oil and gas, telecommunication, power and utilities, manufacturing, automotive) or technical specialty niche (e.g. BTP, ABAP, Cloud Security)
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- CISSP, GSEC, CCSP, CEH, or CISM certifications preferred
- SAP Certified Technology Professional - System Security Architect certification highly desired
- 5 years' direct experience managing the security of enterprise applications like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Solutions, SAP Security Solutions (GRC, IAG, BTP, CVA, ETD, SSO…)
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27000, ISO 9001, NIST, and GDPR
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 web application security risks (XSS, SQL Injection, etc.) and recommended mitigation strategies
