Introduction
For our growing portfolio of Dutch SuccessFactors and SAP HCM customers we are looking to expand our Functional/Technical application maintenance team. We serve our application maintenance customers from around the globe but also see the added value bringing the local presence sharing a common language and culture.
Your job
We are looking for functional application support team members that can support with SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM. You will be assigned to one of our Dutch based international clients and work with client and our near/offshore team to provide the support they need.
Serve as the primary onsite face for Accenture AMS SAP HCM/SF support team at the client site.
Oversee the business demand pipeline and changes, collaborating with client to prioritize weekly tasks.
Provide support to team members for complex incidents and changes.
Collaborate with the AMS architect on the roadmap and innovation for the HR domain
Align and escalate where needed with the Service manager

You will work with others in a similar role for a specific client, which typically involves a mix of onsite and working from home. You will have frequent interactions with the client, the Accenture team at the client, other support teams, our support staff in on or nearshore locations, and project consultants.
Qualifications
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HCM support roles or projects
S4HANA HCM knowledge (Time and Leave) and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central
English and Dutch speaking
Basic understanding of ITIL (support processes)
Clear communicator & relationship builder
Nice to have
Integration SAP HCM <-> SuccessFactors
Other modules in SuccessFactors such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Illness Manager and Talent modules
User experience with tooling like ServiceNow, TopDesk or similar
