Become a trusted advisor to the worlds best organizations as an Operations Process Transformation Manager to enable process excellence. You will become a key player in our Process Transformation practice, to help clients reinvent themselves to master the changing dynamics in our field. Join our practice, to make an impact!
As an experienced Consultant in the Operations & Process Transformation team you are delivering Supply Chain Operations transformations, helping clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their supply chain and operations processes. You will support Supply Chain and Operations departments in executing cost improvement programs, covering data & analytics, supply chain and operations. You will equip them with the right structures, processes, insights, and technology, with Accenture’s Total Reinvention programs and GenAI.
People: You are the bridge between our clients’ needs and the offerings and delivery capabilities of Accenture. You will act as delivery lead, engaging with C-Level executives to deliver on their transformation roadmap. Ranging from process redesign and optimization to large-scale transformations of an organization, at all times fact-based and data driven.
Processes: Part of your reality is to improve client’s processes by leading a project that reinvent business processes. You strive outstanding results, by leading a workstream that makes processes simple, scalable, and efficient.
Technology: Innovation is part of our DNA. You connect the needs of our clients’ to emerging technology. Advise our clients on new automation opportunities using GenAI and/or innovative best-of-breed technology or lead the implementation.
Data: Create unique insights for our clients, by creating 360-degree visibility by connecting different sources of data. Help them to unlock savings as fuel for future organizational growth.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
- Master’s degree
- Three or more years of experience in various – Supply Chain related – process excellence roles
- Capable of identifying customer needs, and define future solutions
- Confident in building lasting business relationships
- Excellent language skills (English is a must, Dutch is preferred)
- Proactive, driven individual that it is looking for growth
Bonus points if you have
- Previous and recent Consulting Experience
- Experience with: Lean Six, Sigma Process Mining, Business Process Management, Operations or Manufacturing Excellence, Coaching, mentoring and challenging a team in project delivery
- Designing GenAI use cases.
