Are you an experienced Sales Lead with a network in the Public Services and a background in consulting or technology? As a Sales Lead, you will be part of the Accenture Sales function, but this is not a sales role in the traditional sense. You will be at the intersection of Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Sales. Whether we're investigating complex issues or identifying new opportunities, our work always comes down to one thing: unlocking value and creating real, tangible impacts for our clients.
Your role will be broad, differing day in, and day out, and you will have the autonomy to shape and grow the role in line with your ambitions. You will be responsible for shaping and driving all activities within the sales cycle of Technology-Led Business Transformations – from helping the Accenture team to originate new opportunities, creating the first proposal and to closure of the final contract.
Your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Responsible for driving and closing new business opportunities including shaping and executing a compelling win strategy.
- Leading in developing client-specific value propositions and formulating proposals to help our clients succeed.
- Leading all activities in the sales cycle - from supporting, coordinating, and developing the first proposal, keeping the whole team motivated, to negotiating and closing the final deal. You will be the center cog in the deal and the ultimate decision maker.
- Owning financial shaping of sales pursuits which combine client needs and internal financial deal health.
- Supporting the Client Account Leads with the development of ongoing client strategy and client facing activities.
- You will get hands-on guidance, coaching and career mentoring from experienced Client Account Leads.

Qualifications
Here's what you will need
- University Master’s degree
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience, with several years in consulting (sales and delivery)
- In-dept understanding of Public Services and a relevant network.
- Relevant experience: with large scale digital, technology or business transformations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- You have strong business acumen and have demonstrated excellent project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch mandatory); the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.

- Are driven and entrepreneurial: you enjoy a challenge, you are determined, optimistic and you have a proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results.
- Are not afraid to take on end-to-end responsibility during a sales cycle.
