The work
As a Talent & Organization Manager, you will work together with our clients in reimagining their businesses, build workforces with the leaders and cultures to accelerate change, and create and deliver employee experience and HR services. Along with circa 85 enthusiastic and driven consultants you will work on various projects, mainly focusing on Health & Public Service clients.
You put people at the center of change and help leaders create transformation within the following six offerings: Change Management, Leadership & Culture, Organization Strategy & Design, CEO-Led Workforce Transformation, Talent Strategy & Development and HR Transformation & Delivery.
Alongside the project work with our clients, you will play a crucial role in further building and developing our T&O team and work in the H&PS industry:
- Engage and develop a team of both T&O and H&PS colleagues to facilitate knowledge sharing and further teambuilding.
- Build and grow the T&O work we do at H&PS clients, initiate and lead conversations, respond to proposals and present our capabilities to (potential) clients.
- Act as a focal point for Accenture colleagues when it comes to Talent & Organization topics within Health & Public Service.

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need
- Master’s degree.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce and/ or Human Resources; for example, guiding organizations in their transformation journey, designing and implementing large-scale communication and training programs, or upskill leaders to carry out desired behaviors.
- Consulting experience with project-based ways of working (from origination to solutioning & delivery).
- At least 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the Health & Public Service sector.
- Experience in managing client work from conversations to proposals and actual delivery.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver
