We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant/Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will support clients across key HR functions, including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management. You will play an integral part in the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects, from planning through to go-live.
During projects, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and delivering project deliverables: defining, analyzing and implementing business processes, configuring SuccessFactors and possible integrations, testing and supervising the final deliverables of the Go-Live of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to provide ongoing support and solutions as their needs evolve.
- Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.
Processes
As a SuccessFactors Consultant within Accenture, you will help our clients optimize their HR IT systems. Your work will involve a combination of consulting and analysis, as well as assisting with implementations and configurations. You will help clients by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach to HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions and functionalities.
The goal is to deliver HR transformation and talent management solutions to increase focus on strategic and performance improvements that add value to our clients' businesses. Accenture strives to provide end-to-end solutions, from HR transformation to long-term support.
Technology
You will advise and guide implementations of the latest HR technologies and trends, such as (Gen)AI, SAP WorkZone, Qualtrics, Big Data, Visual design and how to use them on a daily basis using SAP SuccessFactors, including apps built on the SAP Cloud Platform.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
SuccessFactors Consultant:
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Dutch
- Minimum of 2 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT
- Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- A strong and proven analytical mindset
- Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
SuccessFactors Manager:
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable study
- 2 - 5 years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, REC, ONB, LMS, PMGM, S&CD)
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred
- Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong and proven analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex requirements, translate to SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while also leading engaging design- and/or training sessions for end users.
