The work

As a Corporate Recruiter at Accenture, you are responsible for hiring the best talent – a very important topic – as people are what’s most important for our consultancy firm! With your positive attitude and team spirit you can look ahead and act as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders. You use your creative, analytical and commercial skills to empower Accenture to grow while also growing yourself.

  • People As a corporate recruiter you will act as our main point of contact for all candidates throughout the recruiting process and build effective relationships with internal (business) stakeholders. You will work closely together with a professional international recruitment organization consisting of Recruiters, Talent Sourcers, Operational support and an Employer branding specialist. Next to that, you will work directly with our HR Partner team and stakeholders within the business;

  • Processes You will manage the full cycle recur iting process for experienced candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Next to this you contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you advise your internal stakeholders  and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand;

  • Technology The last 2 years we have professionalized the recruiting organization and have implemented various tools and applications to improve the quality of our work. You will be working with Workday (ATS), interview scheduling tools, analytics programs and more.

  • Data As a Technology Consulting company you can imagine that data is very important for us, also in recruiting! This helps us to develop innovative recruitment strategies and drive data-driven decisions and setting up Recruitment projects to continuously improve in important fields like, interview quality, candidate experience and inclusion and diversity.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Recruiting is part of the Future Enterprise team within Accenture Operations. As driven individuals within the Recruitment department we do whatever it takes to ensure Accenture’s success – every day. We work together with specialists from HR, Finance, Marketing + Communications, Legal and IT services to support our thriving consultants.

Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our end-to-end business. Through modern tools, innovative practices and your expertise we take a different approach to modern-day obstacles – resulting in the new optimal outcomes.

Operations is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Song, and Industry X.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience;

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken);

  • You have successfully obtained a relevant Bachelor or Master degree;

  • You are able to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally;

  • Personality: flexible, proactienthusiastic, driven, humorous and an ambitious mindset aimed at driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Bonus points if you have

  • IT Recruitment knowledge or affinity is preferred, but not mandatory;

  • You have experience in (re)presenting (virtual and in person) at recruitment events;

  • Knowledge on LinkedIn and its corresponding features.
