Job Description
The work
As a Manager Data & AI – Data Management working in Accenture Technology you will work on a team with diverse clients and industries delivering Data & AI solutions and help clients turn data into actionable insights that drive tangible outcomes, improve performance and help clients become data driven and lead in the market.
People You will co-create with (prospective) clients to shape and sell project work; architect how to use Data Management capabilities to drive client transformation for industry or functional use cases. Next to that you’ll lead and manage project teams to deliver transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget. Of course you’ll guide teams on Data Management methods and approaches. You will do this by driving innovation and thought leadership in your field.
Processes Your daily work includes leading projects on data-driven storytelling and responsible Data Management. You will advise and shape the data environment our clients need to get the most out of their data. In doing so, you will foster building client relationships to build trust, create value and build the Accenture brand.
Technology Work on the latest technology developments such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Migration, Data Literacy, Data Mesh, etc – with our large network of (Cloud) Data & AI partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Collibra and many more.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
You have been working for 7+ years in the Data Management landscape and have a vision on what role Data management will play in the future.
You have worked for 5+ years in a consulting capacity or project management type roles. Experience in a sales capacity is a plus.
You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
Bonus points if you have
You have experience in Master Data Management
You have experience in Data Security
You have experience in Data Integration
You have experience in Data Literacy
You have experience in Data Mesh
