The work
As a Senior Manager in Artificial Intelligence you will have a 70% focus on client advisory and project delivery and a 30% focus on pre-sales, using thought leadership to co-create, shape and sell new offerings to our clients.
People You have experience leading and managing a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and other AI professionals. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Process You gained deep knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks and have the ability to oversee projects from inception to delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Technology You have a strong understanding of the field of Artificial intelligence, for example in the fields of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing technologies. You know the benefits of each and can also explain differences between the many available platforms.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
Thought Leader You have a clear vision on Data & AI, what direction the capability will move towards and are able to share this vision to both your colleagues and our clients.
Business Translator You are able to identify and build a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.
Data & Analytics Transformation You have experience with setting up current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint in the Data & AI landscape.
You are an expert in the following technologies: programming/scripting languages like Python, R, and SQL
You are familiar with big data tools like Spark, PySpark
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies like spaCy, NLTK, and CoreNLP.
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV and Dlib.
Knowledge of Bayesian networks and decision trees.
Familiair with hyperscaler offerings and 3rd party technologies: AzureML, Vertex.AI, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks
Bonus points if you have
You have worked for 5+ years in a consulting capacity or project management type roles. Experience in a sales capacity is a plus.
Experience with GenerativeAI implementations
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
You have experience with data acquisition, ingestion, and pre-processing for AI projects and know what it takes to design, implement and manage data pipelines for large-scale AI projects.
