Job Description
THE WORK
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect, focusing on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects. You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges.
People: As a Salesforce Technical Architect work with clients to shape technical architecture and define and scope projects to address specific needs. You will support the development team in executing technical design and customizing the platform, including AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, data extensions, advanced triggers, interactions, and automations. You will be managing resource requirements and project team members. Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project
Processes: You will be responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain. Own implementation tasks from initial planning and requirements analysis, through design, development, testing and deployment. Solutioning and effort estimation for requirements. Defining delivery approach, plan, and staffing. Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements. Complete fit gap analysis of functional requirements against Salesforce.com features and functionality. Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
Technology: Evaluate tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project. Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials. Develop technical documentation (HLD, LLD), gap analysis between current state and desired future state. Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements. Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery
Data: Define master data management, data migration & data integration strategies.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU”LL NEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagement of which at least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environment
Extensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of – Salesforce System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical), Application and Integration patterns, Advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Salesforce Sharing Security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Record Visibility. The Salesforce deployment lifecycles: Sandboxes, Licenses, Deployment tools, SFDX. Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints
Data modelling, SQL, integration with Web Services (SOAP / REST / XML)) WS-* stack and WSDL are added advantage to support user testing.
Relevant certifications, in Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Architect certified.
Ability to engage with senior clients in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue, ability to articulate the relevant platform value proposition and fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
