As a valued member of our dynamic and forward-thinking Cyber Resilience team, you will have the opportunity to take the lead in guiding teams through impactful SOC (Security Operations Center) transformation projects. Whether it’s through delivering cutting-edge technical advisory, conducting in-depth assessments, executing seamless implementations, or driving day-to-day operations, your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the security landscape for our clients.

  • People as an Experienced Senior Security Manager in Cyber Resilience you will support our clients leading and overseeing SOC transformation projects as part of a larger Accenture team.
  • Processes Leveraging your expertise as a thought leader to guide and refine Detect & Respond capabilities, ensuring swift and precise identification and mitigation of a broad range of security threats
  • Technology You will be working with and focusing on market leading solutions, such as Google Chronicle and Microsoft Sentinel, applying the best technology to protect our clients’ businesses.

Security is one of six services that make up one Accenture – the others are Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Song and Industry X.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need 

  • Minimal 10 years of experience in cyber defense or related roles in advisory, preferably within a consulting firm or similar.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.

  • A proved track record with SOC transformation projects and/or SOC engineering.

  • Proven experience in responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). A strong track record in developing comprehensive and competitive proposals that meet client requirements and drive business growth is a bonus.

  • Profound grasp of Security Architecture principles, coupled with a track record of designing and implementing secure, scalable architectures.

  • Leadership qualities: the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication’, both with clients and in leading medium to large teams, both on- near and offshore.

  • Driving business: you’re able to build relationships based on strong delivery to ensure future work, by partnering with clients.

  • Drive: enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimism

  • Entrepreneurial: proven entrepreneurship and ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Team spirit; enjoys working in a team and coaching junior team members, contributing to a positive learning environment and an open, inclusive culture.

  • Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, SANS or other relevant security certifications are a bonus.
