Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a hub for multiple stakeholders for daily content production management; stakeholders range from brand teams and vendors on client side to production team on internal side
Negotiation skill and stakeholder management experience are a key
Ensures defined operational process is followed on both client teams and production team, and solves any problems with both ends which may occur during production operation
Supports brand teams and production team in end-to-end orchestration of the content production process & demand planning
Guides client teams and production team to improve operation
Understands local channels and features, digital marketing, and operations to support content creations for each channel to be able to guide both external and internal teams for production related matters
Liaises with global and local engagement teams, in order to drive increasing assets reuse
Possibility to support the data-driven approach to support actionable insights for content optimization in future
Best Practice & insights sharing with other markets globally
Qualifications
Job Requirements
3 years of experience in direction operation of content production for web and mail.
Able to conduct discussion and negotiations with client directly
Possesses certain level of knowledge of coding/design/marketing-solution. Exposure to coding/design/marketing solutions in the past such as CLM, CRM and marketing platform
Proficient in English and Japanese languages.
Able to think strategically and deliver project goals
Strong collaboration and team player skills with the ability to work and influence cross-functionally.
Strong executional and leadership skills
Pharmaceutical industry experience would be a plus.
