Job Description
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security is an essential part of overall IT security that manages digital identities and user access to data, systems, and resources within an organization.
Responsibilities:
Apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people
Provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats
Responsible for the Implementation Security, Maintenance, and Access Administration of Information security-managed technologies, including access controls across mainframe and distributed platforms
Focus may be on one or more of the following areas: Mainframe, Enterprise Identity and Access Management, Identity Administration, and/or Customer Identity and Access Management
Required to understand, adhere and enforce departmental and Corporate Security standards, policies and procedures

Qualifications
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in identity management, cybersecurity, or a computer-related field is highly recommended
Minimum 7–10 years of working experience in developing IAM requirements and establishing IAM architectural designs across business, process, and technical viewpoints
Preferable experience as an architect using an Identity, Access, or Governance platform
Prefer working knowledge or experience with one or more of the following tools: Sailpoint, ForgeRock, CIAM, and CyberArk
Experience with ITIL tools such as ServiceNow, etc.
Certifications such as CISSP will be an added advantage
Detailed, practical experience of implementing IAM solutions
Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships
