• Project Oversight: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee the successful delivery of software solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Drive initiatives to improve code quality, testing strategies, and automation processes, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with product, design, and business teams to align engineering capabilities with organizational goals.
