Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Technology Architecture is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Architecture Frameworks, Operational Architecture, Applications Architecture, and Architectural Design is recommended.
- Develop innovative technology solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Lead the technology architecture design process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic advancements for the organization.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of Salesforce best practices, and a proven ability to work in an agile environment, with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.
- Build Management proficiency at an Advanced level is suggested.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements in application development processes
