Job Description

Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team . The project is for a leading insurance company known for its global presence and commitment to providing exceptional services to its customers.

Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management at an intermediate level is required. Design & Build Enablement and Build Management at an intermediate level are recommended.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Design and develop high-quality software solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Enhance systems to meet business requirements
Maintain applications and infrastructures according to service level agreements
Define and review technical requirements for integration, performance, quality, and scalability
Manage IaaS capacity with cloud operations teams
Track associated KPIs

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Intermediate proficiency in Build Management
Intermediate proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
