ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Description
The Architect is responsible for the end-to-end solution and functional architecture. They own and manage the Solution Roadmap and are responsible for the Complex Solutioning backlog. They help drive solution standardization within the clients ServiceNow environment. Along with the Project Lead, they ensure cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and direct a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge.
- Create a solution prototype (if required), participate in technology selection, control solution development, supporting project management.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders for solution plan.
- Serve as liaison to other Implementation workstreams on process and technical integration issues. Work with solution leads and functional leads to refine end to end business process scenarios to confirm the integration between process areas.
- Lead and manage the project technical architecture activities across the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage quality and timeliness of project technical architecture deliverables.
- Participate in Estimating process.

Qualifications
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience including architecture for ServiceNow solutions
- Evidence of leading ServiceNow technical design in 2 large scale / transformative ServiceNow implementations
- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect
- Certified Implementation Specialist in IT service management and IT Operations Management.
- Fluent in Agile Delivery.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
