Project Objective: New Human Resources Platform Implementation Project Define and optimize processes related to Payroll and Client Data as part of the implementation of a new human resources platform.
Requisitos
Functional Business Analyst.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current processes, both operational and technological.
- Design and propose future processes aligned with client needs and best practices.
- Initiate the definition of user stories and functional requirements for the implementation of the new platform.
- Identify and manage the main stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct an analysis of current applications within the client's technological ecosystem.
- Propose a plan to decommission obsolete or redundant applications, ensuring an efficient transition.
- Suggest improvements to payroll processes, incorporating industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking processes and/or human resources management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in payroll processes.
- Ability to work with a focus on process analysis and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and high-level stakeholders.
- Previous experience in technology platform implementation projects (desirable).
- Valued Skills: Knowledge of human resource management platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
