What Would You Do?
- Performing account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and AP/AR subledger close activities.
- Preparing data input records to reconcile financial information and position, including period close entries and P&L with commentary.
- Maintaining master data and chart of accounts.
- Conducting quality and compliance reviews.
You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in the field. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Roles & Responsibility
- Manage the team s daily activities, ensuring efficient processing and effective teamwork.
- Ensure timely execution of month end close tasks and meeting SLA targets.
- Explain how your team s work adds value to internal and external clients.
- Manage work within allocated budgets to support economic value creation.
- Ensure that the right actions are taken to meet objectives and achieve client outcomes.
- Proactively ensure that team tasks are completed on time and error free.
- Balance and prioritize activities to address critical items.
- Create a logical plan, realistic estimates, and a schedule for project segments.
- Streamline decision making processes where possible and make sound decisions based on available insights.
- Suggests options for resolving issues and improving the quality of work.
- Uses client and or Accenture s resources responsibly.
- Anticipates and addresses potential misalignment between client internal and external expectations and ability to deliver.
- Demonstrates the appropriate balance of sharing necessary data according to Accenture and client requirements.
- Keep the end in mind when dealing with differences in perspective.
- Remains calm and focused when under pressure and proactively asks for help.

Requisitos
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Intermediate proficiency in Record To Report (R2R)
- Intermediate proficiency in General Accounting
- A minimum of 3 year of experience in relevant related skills
- Bachelor's Degree
