Job Offer: Product Owner – Banking Products (Operational Efficiency & Automation)
Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of operational process, focusing on operational efficiency, reporting & metrics, and process automation. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to enhance product performance, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights
Main responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing service delivery.
- Develop and implement reporting and metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, leveraging technology to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to drive product enhancements and project efficiencies
Requisitos
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of banking products and operational processes.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in banking
- Experience in process automation, efficiency improvement, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
