Integration and Technical Process Analyst (Banking - API)

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze, design, and document specifications for new deposit interfaces (credits and debits to accounts) that will utilize the Oracle Flexcube API.

The analyst will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing appropriate process flows, and documenting specifications for interface development. They must also analyze the impact of changes on operations, finance, and back-office processes.

1. Requirements Analysis and Documentation

• Collect and analyze business requirements for deposit interfaces (credits and debits to accounts).

• Transform functional requirements into technical requirements and share them with development teams.

• Interact with operations, finance, and back-office teams to understand the impact of changes on their processes.

• Document functional and technical specifications for the development of new interfaces using the Oracle Flexcube API (REST API).

2. Process Design and Integrations

• Design technical flows for operational and transactional processes related to deposits and their integration with the Core Banking system.

• Identify critical points and dependencies in the branch's connection with the new Core.

• Define and document rules for integration interfaces.

3. Change Validation and Team Coordination

• Collaborate with technology and development teams to ensure specifications are correctly implemented.

• Support the identification of risks and potential impacts on the branch’s daily operations.

• Participate in follow-up meetings to align progress with the global Core Banking implementation strategy.
