Requisitos
Responsibilities:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk effectively.
- Drive innovation in sales support through Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Analyze and optimize project delivery processes for improved efficiency.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required.
- Service Delivery proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.
- Advanced Englsh level.
