Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Bineo'. The client is GRUPO FINANCIERO BANORTE, a company specializing in financial services.
Responsibilities: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Beginner level of proficiency in Issue Management is recommended. Issue Management, Risk Management, and Delivery Operations Control skills are suggested at a Beginner proficiency level.
Develop and implement project control strategies to ensure project success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
Analyze project data to provide insights for process improvement
Lead project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
