Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing supply chain planning solutions such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain optimization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design solutions, and drive successful implementations.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: University Degree (Engineer, Business Administration, Mathematics or Physics).
- Years of Experience: (2-4) years experience.
- Experience in 2-3 full cycle SCP implementation projects in client facing roles
- Deep SCP business process understanding (S&OP, IBP, Distribution Planning, Inventory optimization, production scheduling, MPS, MRP, Demand Planning).
- Fully hands-on in SCP system implementation projects: master data, configuration, integration with Legacy system, roles etc. within any of these solutions (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, OMP or others)
- Basic knowledge of optimization strategies, integration model and database structure.
- Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
- Experience on supply chain transformation projects.
- Clear understanding of key project methodologies,
General Skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work in multicultural / multiskilled environment.
- An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Experience in integrating Planning system with ERP systems. Clear understanding on the integration models, data flows and inbound and outbound specifications.

- Requirement and Fit/Gap analysis.
- Advising organizations on how to implement best practices and support on business process transformation based on value driven principals.
- Participate on integration model definition SCP and legacy.
